Refund policy

At YASYA, our goal is for every customer to receive a piece she loves and feels completely confident using. If any mistake happens on our side, we take full responsibility because your trust means more to us than any order. 🤍

Exchange Period

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery if the size is not suitable.

Product Condition

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original accessories and packaging included.

Manufacturing Defects or Order Errors

If there is a manufacturing defect or an error in the order caused by YASYA, we will cover all shipping costs, and the product may be exchanged or returned at no additional cost to the customer.

Size Exchange

If the exchange is requested because the selected size is not suitable, the customer is responsible for the shipping fees.

Inspection Before Delivery

Customers may inspect the product before accepting the delivery. If the order is refused after inspection, only the shipping fees will be charged.

مدة الاستبدال

يحق للعميلة استبدال المنتج خلال 14 يومًا من تاريخ الاستلام في حالة عدم مناسبة المقاس فقط.

حالة المنتج

يشترط أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية، غير مستخدم، وبجميع ملحقاته.

عيوب التصنيع أو الخطأ في الطلب

في حالة وجود عيب تصنيع أو خطأ في الطلب من جانب YASYA، نتحمل جميع تكاليف الشحن، ويتم الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع دون أي تكلفة على العميلة.

الاستبدال بسبب المقاس

في حالة الاستبدال بسبب عدم مناسبة المقاس، تتحمل العميلة رسوم الشحن.

المعاينة قبل الاستلام

يمكن معاينة المنتج قبل الاستلام، وفي حالة رفضه بعد المعاينة يتم سداد رسوم الشحن فقط.
